A lovely message of encouragement from a client who attended the Studio between 2006 -2018

Hi Tanya,

I do hope that you’ve managed to keep the Pilates Studio going despite the challenges of the lockdown.

I just wanted to say what a fabulous Pilate’s teacher you are – very demanding but you did more for my core strength than anyone since.  I’m really sad that, having moved away from the North West, I can’t attend your classes any more, despite the fact that I dreaded the ones with you!

I’ve been meaning to contact you for ages and never got round to it.

So, I hope everything is going well for you and that your Studio continues to thrive.

Best wishes
Jayne Robinson

(I came to your and Kirsten’s Reformer classes from about 2006 -2018, had blonde hair, was quiet, was a “bendy Wendy”, and was in my early 60’s by the time I moved away).

From Tanya and Team: We do remember who you are and loved having you with us at the Studio.  Always smiling and ‘bendy’!

What did Joseph Pilates have in mind when he first taught Pilates? He was giving people back their livelihood not simply teaching them an exercise so they could simply say ‘I do Pilates’.
